The Vancouver City election is happening on October 20 - less than two months away! We need as many volunteers as possible to talk to voters all over the city and win the City We Need.
In the coming weeks, we will be starting to knock on doors in ten or more neighbourhoods across Vancouver.
Come to a volunteer training to learn how to speak to people at their door steps about COPE, Rent Freeze, and Jean Swanson and the other City Council candidates. Help us conquer the city and build a true grassroots renter-led movement that will carry forward beyond the October 20 election!
Whether you are a new volunteer interested in the campaign, or an experienced volunteer looking to improve your knowledge and skills, this training is for you! Come be a part of the most progressive campaign Vancouver has seen in decades, and help us make the city affordable for all. And bring a friend (or two)!
What? A volunteer training with experienced COPE volunteers to learn about how to effectively talk to voters on their doorsteps.
Where? COPE Campaign Office, 532 E Broadway.
When? Sunday, September 16, 11 AM - 1 PM.
